Book-of-Business System in OneNote

Created the account-management system the enterprise CSM team ran on, with no software to do it.

Situation

Podium had no tooling for CSMs to manage their books of business, so account context, next steps, and history lived in scattered notes and memory.

Action

I designed a structured account-management system in OneNote (a repeatable template for tracking accounts, engagements, and priorities) and refined it against my own enterprise book.

Result

It was adopted across the enterprise CSM team as the shared way to manage accounts, bringing consistency to how the team ran its books of business.
